This fantasy livery - no doubt painted on an old Mclaren or Sauber - is apparently more expensive than a "real" one, even the Ferrari. Don't understand that.
This new F1 model is based on an old Sauber chassis, has a phantasy livery and is indeed limited!
The name "Type AYB" refers to the old Sega Game "Zero Wing" in which a poor translation into english says "all your base are belong to us"
I gotta hand to Carrera, they do have a sense of humor that I can appreciate.
I always get a kick out of the license plates on the street cars they do. I only hope that this isn't one of those super-rare (released only in three stores in the the upper part of Germany during the middle night which you can only get if they are feeling generous and if you have joined their exclusive club) cars and I hope that I can snag one here in the States. I'd love to whip out one of those next time we have an F1 race.
