Confusion over wheel sets!!
Hello, I'm new to the art of building 1/24 slot cars after a break of 30 years and trying(!) to get scale wheels and tyres namely from Pendle slot racing.
The thing is I'm confused over what wheels go with what tyres (basically). I managed to get two compatible BRM items, S-067S and S-060. But apart from these I do find it's difficult to match things as I don't have the experience or knowledge.
For example I have BRM Alloys S-014S for sponge tyres but WHAT sponge tyres? I also have BRM S-504S but what wheels would fit?
Is there some information sheet available for brain dead idiots like me???
I really would appreciate any help here.

I'm slightly confused as S-067S is an anglewinder gear...do you mean S-057s? Anyway,S-060 wheels(Porsche 917) take S-057SP tyres,as I recall. S-014S(Group C) take S-021S and S-504S fits S-506(Trans-am) wheels. Bear in mind,sponge tyres need glueing and truing...

I have the same questions, I am going to deal with an EU based supplier, I'll tell you what happens.
I would recommend you look up Slotpoint.de in Germany, have used them several times now for 1/24.
