Any suggestions on what can cheaply, and easily, be purchased to clean the eletrical contacts of motors? i have heard that WD40 can be used, but would like further advice on this.

Any ideas?

thanks

Hi Paul W.

Here one of the best motor cleaners out here (Pure Performance) motorspray. Its made for slotcar motors and also R/C motors (motors ONLY!) that's arm's , mag's etc. Go to (www.taeindustries.com) or your local raceway for it.
And if you want a all round cleaner that will not harm your bodys or paint jobs. Try (Primeracing's) armature ,body, comm, cleaner. Go to (www.primeracer.com) hope this helps you out. PS. A lot of the R/C motor spray will (SOMETIMES) work as well?
