OK - lots of things about controllers so I thought I'd add another - hoepfully a quick question.

I use one controller for home and club use - it originally came with a Scalextric sport jack and when I decided to use it at the club I bought a Scalextric throttle extension cable stripped off its plug and fitted a 3 pin electrical socket. Thus I can still use it on my home sport track and by plugging in the throttle extension I use it at my club.

However some of the controllers available today (PM, Fly etc) come with the 3 banana jack outputs - are there off the shelf adaptors available so that it give you the flexibility to cope with different track set-ups w/o hardwiring? If so where are they available from (I've checked all the on-line easy to use retailers and can't find anything)

Thanks Aaron - how soon is soon - Fly seem to be hitting their production deadlines in the last few months, which is highly commendable, so I would presume soon means within a month?

Anyone know of a different manafacturer of controller adaptors and where they can be purchasied from? I've hunted high and low and failed so far - I'd like an adaptor for three banana jack pins in to a Scalextric Sport socket in my dirty mits by next Thursday.

As Inte said just make one.Its far cheaper.

You can get a Stereo Socket for about 40p,Banana plug sockets cost about 30p.
A bit of wire is possibly £1. And solder costs about 1p.
It would take about 10 minutes to make.

RS or CPC have all the parts. Or even Maplins!!!!
