That's a K&B, Aurora.
K&B was the kit car and the Aurora the RTR, who also made the static kit.
Quite a rare car.
Got one in stock here, so will post a picture tommorrow for others to see.

Yes, the tank was in the front and a flat 6 air cooled motor in the back behind the axle!
