Heard a nasty rumour that we are not going to be getting our little Scalextric Torana in the Marlboro livery..

Thats such a shame. Its would have been very popular out here.

Apparently we are getting a car driven by someone called Brian and not the Messiah ( Brock)

I just don't know why scalex even planned to do the Marlboro car when they never ever do anything with ciggy sponsorship.

He was not the Messiah... Just a very naughty boy. If you have doubts, ask the ex-Mrs Brock.

But apart from that. Shouldn't really be a huge surprise that the Marlboro car has disappeared from the list to be replaced by the Brock Brothers offering. Tobacco laws being what they are I was surprised when the original announcement of its pending release was made.

I was kind of punting on this being the first livery when rumours started about Scalex releasing a Torana rather than the selected Channel 7 car.

Think of it not as loosing one Brock but gaining two.

And the bonus card: It's not yellow!
