Hi All
1/32 scale[ish] racing this Wednesday night, three classes which include Pre 72 sports, Front engined Gp and our newest class, SlotIt group "C".
Not sure how we are going to run so much racing with the expected massive turn outs we have come to expect but we will give it a go!
Doors open at 7.30pm till probably late, get in early for an early start!

I will be there with my new slot-it group C car if I can get it out of the packaging?

Think the rules state that you have to run it with the packaging Allan!

Lets hope the track and room are in better state this time than when it was left by others after the last sideshow, not sure overflowing bins full of rotting McDonald remains and half empty coke cans is a good idea when rodents are around, seems some people must live like this in there home's!

Thanks again for the great hospitality last night guys, and for the loan of the P4 Steve F and the Auto Union John. Sorry to bunk off early but my cold and a long day got the better of me - did I say I was staying in a hotel???!!!

Hope you did manage to get some Group C action in. Back to back testing with my own and Steve K's cars on a variety of tyres seemed to indicate that there was too much grip with sponges and the cars tended to understeer out rather than slide, perhaps curable with lead at the front?

All the best, see you again soon, hopefully for the run what you brung next month.

Always a pleasure to have you Rob, sorry you had to leave early and miss the the final but the late start was due to some rodent [YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!
] stealing the retro section race sheets, probably the same one that walked all over the track with size 11 trainers!
