Have you got any images of the barriers you have made or the measurements (probably only need the height really). I did mine from foamboard at 40mm tall and the ones I bought off ebay were great.

I have a large batch of sponsor logos in word format. My barriers are 0.75 high
Im happy to email them to you if you send or post your email address. You can resize them easily. I bought glossy adhesive backed paper but at 250gsm it was too much for my printer. I resorted to normal HP photo paper, trim with a scalpel and fix to plasticard

That's the starting gate for the AW drag strip. Those barriers hold batteries and electronics for the start lights.
You can use any cheap graphics program - or even free ones like LibreOffice to size and print advertising stickers on a page with a color inkjet. I just do a Google image search for logos/signs I like, save the image file and re-size as needed in a horizontal format that will fit on the barriers.
In my previous track, I had used 1/4" bendable craft foam for barriers in many areas; I just printed the signs onto a full-page peel-n-stick label stock and cut to fit and apply the signage to the barriers. One important note: If you are applying signage to curved barriers, it's probably best to wait until the barriers are in place. When I applied them to a flat surface and then bent the barrier to apply around the curve, the signs inevitably wrinkled over time
