Try the clear and White waterside paper at craftycomputerpaper.co.uk, I've found it to be pretty good for home printing reasonably priced
Remember to buy some clear lacquer though if printing on inkjet printer. You need to seal the print before putting it in the water....or sit and watch the ink wash away!!!
