Default Avatar link is broken
Hi - just a heads-up for site maintenance.
For the last few days there's been no avatar image served for several posters. And I just realized that if you haven't cleared your browser cache recently, you won't have noticed.
So here you go - they all seem to be for this image.

When I try to go to that directly with Firefox, the server returns: "Sorry, the parameters you provided were not valid"
