Very clear concise instructions found on the Forum help page - but they don't work.

I've dozens of alerts and about ten conversations I'd like to delete but following the instructions and clicking on one or many doesn't open an 'Options' dropdown to allow any action to be taken.

Is it broken or am I doing something wrong?

I don't see any way to remove alerts, but on the Conversations page, when I click a checkbox, a bar pops up at the bottom of my browser screen that has the options needed to manage the selected conversations. This is on a Windows 10 desktop PC running Chrome browser.

Oops. Should have said I get that too - but there's no 'DELETE' option

Ah. LEAVE conversation deletes it. Not the most obvious but ... once you know it, it works.

Oh yeah... I forgot that bit. I haven't needed to "leave" any conversations yet, so that didn't stick in my head that it changed from "delete" to "leave."
