Hey folks I know this would be better suited to the wanted forum but I can't post in it and I suppose this falls under scenery somewhat....Can anyone help out a friend of mines request here? He's more after the timing stands ATM, but 1-2 pitwalls would be grea t too. He said he would be willing to pay if anyone's selling theirs? Thank you and apologies if this is in the wrong place just I thought of posting here for him as I know myself how hard they are to get!

Do a search of the forum for "pit walls" and you will find a few threads on this topic.
Most people make their own since the Fly pit walls have been discontinued.

I understand the folks at Slot Car Scenics (I think I have the name right) are considering making ones like the Fly ones.

I am sure others will give you more advice.

Hi All,

Not sure if I am supposed to mention this but just to say that my son has been designing a Pit Wall and timing stand and we are hoping to send the CAD for the base part to a toolmaker next week. It may take a while then if it has to wait in a queue behind other things but we hope to have the bases available in March. The timing stands will proabably be a few months more (by the end of June?) We are using some old SRA figures there but may eb able to do some of our own to follow on. I'll try to add a picture soon.
