Long time coming announcement... about six months

This year DiSCA is running the first multi-round, multi-national digital slot racing championship on oxigen. The championship runs simultaneously for GT3 Euroseries events and WEC 6h events, on double-header weekends where drivers have the chance to contest in both.

GT3 Euroseries

Rounds 1 & 2 - SRC Eindhoven, NLD, Saturday 26th January

Rounds 3 & 4 - Rockingham, UK, Saturday 27th July

Round 5 - Igualada, ESP, Saturday 2nd November

WEC European Championship

Round 1 - Suzuka 6hrs, Sunday 27th January

Round 2 - RockBull Ring 6hrs, Sunday 28th July

Round 3 - Barcelona 6hrs, Sunday 3rd November

The individual event topics for Suzuka (which has long gone) and Rockingham are in the events section of the forum. The Igualada event will be announced in full a short time after the Rockingham event, but preparation are in full swing to take DiSCA racing to Spain!

Points for GT3 Euroseries follow the current BTTC points format, awarding 1 point for pole position, 20 points for a win and so down to 15th position. WEC awards points to the top six cars in each category using "old" formula one points; 9-6-4-3-2-1 so that drivers in different categories may compete directly with each other.

WEC table has been updated following RockBull Ring 6 hrs on Sunday

We can see that LMP2 is a tie between Lowlands' Tom van Leekwyck and the two Sports Carazing drivers (me!) and Richard Hill.

The full table shows that the Rockingham duo of Tucker and Fishenden have a 2 point lead over Exiles Underwood / White and TWR Thorpe/ Wade who are all on 9 pts.

In GT Tamar Nelwan has a 9 point lead over any other driver so the only way for him to (tie) the title is for one of his former team mates to join another team and win in Barcelona and Nelwan to score lower than 6th.. or to switch category. On the other hand, if he were to win GT in Barcelona, he can't be beaten by any driver in any other class which would make him overall champion!

And here's the provisional GT3 leader's table, provisional because some laps need to be ratified, but nevertheless;

Any one of these drivers has a mathematical chance to win the title in Barcelona. As it's only a single race it really will be THE series finale..

You are right Steven, it is missing on the WEC ranking, and there are some more R2 errors if I check the list.
Looks like the members of Demon and Red Dragon teams are listed with a 2nd place score of 6 points in both LMP1 and LMP2.

So yes Demon came second in P1, but Red Dragon were 3rd in P2

I think the GT3 points need looking at. I appear to have points for 2x 4th places, whereas the posted results show me with 2x 3rd

Sorry for missing you out Steven! WEC scores have now been updated.

The GT3 were never completely correct because the official result has only just been posted. However that's now been done and everything should now be correct.

If someone else wants to run the scores next year that's fine by me
