I chose this car as I don't believe anyone else is building it For The 60's F1 proxy so any pictures or links would be really appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

John

John - You can produce the 1966 and 1967 Mike Parkes Ferrari using the Classic fibreglass shells.

They do the 66 shell with the side exhausts and full windscreen and you can build it as supplied, if you build the 67 car then use that shell with the central exhausts and small windscreen but cut in the triple vents into the nose cone as seen in this photo of Parkes winning the 1967 Daily Express International at Silverstone.

In 67 it was only Parkes car that had these vents as he had retained his chassis from the previous season (he was over 6ft tall and he had a lengthened chassis)

Thanks a lot David.

I couldn't see the 66 car listed only the other 67 car Amon drove. I love the look of the 66 car with the side exhausts, one of the best looking F1 cars ever IMHO. I have a Patto clear body in my future projects box.

Cheers,

John
