Hmmm, was the 1/32 track repainted since Wellingborough? Looks a bit different.... If so, does it help the traction?

Hi Don,
The 1/32 track has been repainted twice since we moved, the first surface was not a success.
The track also had to be modified in one area to make it fit into the new clubroom.
We took the opportunity to make a couple of other alterations as well.
The track is now much faster on our normal NSR tyres.
Not sure about the Ortmanns though.
One of my cars had plenty of grip the other none at all.
I guess it depends which Ortmann tyres you have.

John and I can now confirm the date for 2014.

It will be Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th April.
(That's the weekend before Easter).

We will open on the Saturday for practice and again run a race for Big Bird cars on the small track in the afternoon.
We are planning a slightly different format for Big Birds but it will again be for 1/24 1950-65 Grand Prix Cars.

Double Trouble will as usual take place on the Sunday.

Please do not post entries for next year here.
We will start a new thread for 2014 later in the year.
