Paulo Dapretto speak absolutely NO English and is a one man operation.

He also does not spend too much time at his PC, prefering to build or race it seems.
I have had one reply from him out of many emails sent and that one I copied my text into Italian with an online translator. I am sutre the Italian was crap but it seemed to be readable.

Try again ,or email me and I will see what I can do if no shops can help out.

BTW thats the DPslot Ferrari 550 up on top there (SlotForum banner)


Great car but, driver is too low and chassis (guide post) is VERY fragile.

Paolo has been busy restauring a working space (to build his slot cars) since the beginning of the summer. I have been waiting for a Chaparral ordered July 15. He hinted that in September he would resume work-delivery.
If I can be of any help translating english to italian PM me.

Simon at Getslotted has a good working relationship with Paulo (with the aide of google translators) and if you ask Si he'll put a specific order in for one in the next batch he orders. The first two loads of Dapretto cars GS got hold off either sold to pre-orders or went within the first few days of making them available.

I pre-ordered it from GetSlotted 26 May 2004
and still haven´t recieved it. So he must spend some time at the PC after all

Hi Matevz,

I sent him an email regarding a problem with one of the Ferrari 550s. I sent pics, so if he is willing to help that would be great.
I also have an Order for him, so he can use the same email to reply to if he is interested.

Hi everyone!
I'm sorry, but since today I haven't had the opportunity to talk to Paolo. Friday he wasn't there, thursday I couldn't get to club (birth of my second son), so first chance to see him will be today.

. Congratulations ! A future slotracer !

To those interested in the Red Bull delivery, I remind you that the body is not the right one. It should be the same as the 550 Milenio done by Top Slot and OCA (Pendle has got some). Mantara has already put some of these on Ebay in the past.

I hope Paolo will make new, accurate liveries, especially some from the Scuderia Italia which won the FIA GT championship these last two years.
