Hi there,

Just picked up some Dynamic brass anglewinder chassis in 1/32 scale and looking for body options. These are nice and wide at 2 1/2 inches so they'll likely have to be handling bodies - are current repops of Dynamic or Riggen bodies available ? Or anything else ? If so, which are the good ones ? Late 60's Can-Am or some GT coupes would be great but really want to stay away from anything too womp like.

Many thanks,
Simon.

I think Howmet TX in England has also repopped some of the GT Models and similar bodies. For the time range you're talking about, you probably wouldn't need to use a handling body - they were already that wide!

From the 1970 Auto World catalog, the original bodies for this chassis were:
- Ferrari Can Am
- Porsche 908 Coupe
- McLaren 8A
- Ford Mk4

Hmm, being elsewhere I forgot all about Betta bodies - will have a look.
And thanks Don, will look out for some of the GT bodies also - I'm not so up on late 60's 1/32 stuff but guessing body ranges are similar to the 1/24 just maybe more limited ? More of a european market I guess ?
Just saw Vic Ferguson has added some 1/32 vintage stuff that looks the part though; couple of Lancer like coupes that are a bit narrow looking but a whole slew of others that look to be wide enough - I'll email a query.

Indeed and good luck to find ANY of these bodies today...
However you can get some of THESE (the ones that say "ELEB"), they are wide enough and will fit.
