Just to say that FLBT look forward to welcoming you to Marlborough later this month. We will lay out a great track and do our best to make the racing both enjoyable and efficiently run.
The Scout Hut venue offers easy off-street parking and access to a great traditional High Street (the widest in England) only five minutes away. If you fancy staying in the town on Saturday night there are loads of places to eat, from pubs serving food to family-run posh restaurants, and some chain restaurants if you must. There's always at least one band on in town to see for free and there is decent accommodation at the Lamb (FLBT's local), the Castle and Ball Hotel, and other pubs all within walking distance of the track.
When we had a round of the Wales and West Championships here it was great to see that some of the visiting racers brought partners and families with them and the non-racers had a great day exploring the area, which includes the town itself, the World Heritage sites at Avebury and Stonehenge, and with Bath, Oxford and Salisbury all less then an hour away there's lots to see.
Looking forward to seeing you on March 23rd and 24th.
