At Presto Park we are running Classic races this year for Formula 1, Sports and Saloons. Last week I broke a Jaguar motor pod and chassis and contacted George for a replacement. The parts duly arrived very quickly but with no invoice, so I rang George to pay him, for which he would not take any money.
It is rare in this day and age to receive 'good old customer service' so thank you George you got me out of a jam. Mike (Presto Park, Norfolk)
Yes it is great, it's a pity some of the younger generation can't take a leaf out of his book! Seems customer service is dieing with the older generation all too quickly!
