Maybe, but Williams could be up for sale too, however, I’m not convinced that either team fit with Andretti’s intention to have a USA based headquarters and I also think that having a USA base is not a path to F1 success when all the expertise is in UK and Europe.

So it appears that Sir Lewis Hamilton and Sir James Ratcliffe are launching a bid to buy Manchester United football club from the Glaziers who are pulling out.

It looks as though rumours of Gulf sponsorship with Willams are right. I can see Simon from Scalextric getting up nice and early 'smorn to order large quantities of blue and orange paint. Not forgetting transfers, of course.
