If you were watching the Monaco GP coverage today you will have heard about the event in London to promote the British GP this year.
On the sixth of July from 6pm, the current top 9 drivers in the world championship will do some parade laps around Regent Street and complete a mini circuit organised by someone or other.
They say that it's to promote the Silverstone race, but some may remember the prospect of a Monaco style London street race which was floating around a while back. Maybe it's been thought through a little bit more...
Anyway, it's free and open to the public so I hope to see a load of you there for a bit of free F1 viewing!
