Two categories raced on the day

1 Ferrari GT No-Mags

Porsche Challenge rules (Just swap the word 'Porsche' for 'Ferrari'

2 Ferrari F1 one mag

Any out of the box Ferrari F1 car (PROPER reliveries are allowable)
Gluing and truing of tyres, bearings and motors is allowable.
Gearing may only be changed for pinions/crownwheels of the same number of teeth as standard equipment fitment for that car.
Body and chassis to remain as standard barring modification to allow 'body rock'
ONE magnet may be fitted to the car.
The magnet must be the original equipment fitment for that car, and may only be fitted in positions created for that purpose by the manufacturer.

There are a lack of suitable Ferrari cars in my stable.

This event sounds like heaven for scratch building fans of which I am not one as you can tell.

Is anybody ever going to have a Lotus/Caterham 7 day and use stock cars with absolutely no setting up allowed (yes none at all and tyres must have tread) and with the standard magnets installed!

They provide the closest racing on 4 wheels. I have 4 of these if that helps?

With the postponment of the LGTC round on June 6th myself , Mooster and Lotus will now be able to attend Ferrari Day. Plenty of cars to choose from, just a matter of preparing the right ones.
