Rollout is usually defined as the distance travelled by the vehicle in one exact revolution of the motor and is an exact function of tyre diameter and transmission gearing. So it's a very useful figure, but I too am not 100% certain how it applies here.
The 3 figures, as given, 'look like' they are

1. 1:32 Diameter
2. 1:1 Diameter
3. Rollout on the basis of a 1 to 1 gear ratio (ie, the circumference of the tyre)
Edited to correct original 'diameter' to 'circumference'

mm is the standard measurement unit in Europe, but we can handle that part OK, I think.
