good job Al,not really that hard is it? The wall thickness is dictated by the original. Mark Gussins site does explain this very well. There is also a Yahoo casting DL if you are interested,that gives details of vacuum chambers for making moulds and pressure chambers for casting.

The biggest problems are getting all the air bubbles out of the silicone mould before it sets.

Al: Someone forgot to tell you that the vacuum has to be adjustable! A window is a good idea on the vac chamber! All very good in hindsite! But wait the next ones get easier.
