Hi Saviour,

I made reference to the Flyslot flyer in one of my posts under the Lotus 78 thread. I was refering to a glossy pamphlet that was sent to me with the car. It is like a mini catalogue of the current and future Flyslot releases. The pictures featured in the flyer have all been seen on this forum in recent months and it contained, I believe, no new information

Hope that helps,

Philip

I believe the 'Flyer' brand was a mid-budget range released by Fly, from memory these cars included the Riley Mk XI and perhaps the Sunred SR21.

Unlike the top range Fly cars they had stickers instead of tampo printing and in-line motors. They had a retail price lower than the 'Fly' cars but higher than the 'Starter' range.

The 'flyers' run did indeed include the sunred and riley. These were the first cars made for fly in china, just prior to collapse pt1. They are tampo printed, and the clearcoat tends to be heavy, so heavy that you can run your fingers down the seams and hear the paint crack as you go..
