hello!
been trying to get as much track down as possible is a small space and been trying to get a flyover in so i can use the space better, what angle are you all using to get ramps up and down so the average car underside doesnt catch? how long are the ramps up/down and what height are the flyovers? been fiddling all week and i carn't find the sweet spot where all works well. any help/ideas would be grand!
thanks

Good question, I'm waiting on a couple of tranny vans from the UK so I can decide on the height of my overpass's ( been nearly 3 weeks Now) but yes knowing what degrees people slope the track at would be of help also.
No offense to to any ****'s in the states but Tranny is a common term for a ford transit panel van in the UK

McCrash apologies for going off post subject
DB5 My Tranny Van is 57.5 mm high track to top of roof. Ideally you would set your bridges at 90mm - then you could run trucks as well!
Now back on post
You could get away with 75mm clearence and I would work on a gradiant of 1-12 if you want to cater for other brands of car like NSR and Slot.It.
Cheers

i did around 85mm clearance for the low side and 115mm clearance for the high side as its a banked corner coming onto the straight overpass.

The low side's ramp was around 750mm long, but again, thats all curved. The high side of the banked curve was around 1500mm long, maybe longer, but I was aiming for 10 degrees camber all the way around.

ah the tranny van, the backbone of britain, so the old tv adverts used to say lol
thanks for the replies, its not as easy as i thought it would be. my plan is to used the two r2 180 degree bends at each end of my table for the up/down ramps and have a long main straight above the twisty bits on the table. i don't have or plan to have any trucks so i think i'll aim for a height of 80mm. i dont know if having the ramps on bends will make any difference to the angle the ramps need to be. brembo, its been a while since i did gcse maths, what does a gradient of 1-12 work out at in an angle (degrees)? all these years playing on playstqations and xbox's takes its toll lol

thanks
