Hi all,
Here's my latest attempt with a vac form body from Patto's.
Its going to be the No.4 MkIV from 1967, I really like the colour on this one and prefer it to the more famous red and yellow colours. Exoto's version is here MKIV No.4
I bought two bodies from Patto's one for the main body and the other for windows and headlight covers etc. I prefer to do it this way as my masking and paint work is not as good as my cutting work
I like these bodies, they give me the opportunity to add some great cars to my stable which are otherwise not available or are out my price range (especially if I then go and race/crash it round my home circuit).
There's more detailing and decal work to do, the wheel ctrs match a Fly 917 chassis, I'll post some completed pics when finished. Depending on how the result turns out i'd like to do the No.3 car as well which is another great colour....MKIV No.3
