I was lucky enough to be offered this haul (came with Set 70) all very much in need of some TLC.

Nothing better than some restoration to relax one’s self.

Nice to get the first one on the track.

Isn't that yellow Alfa very rare? It runs well too - did the original tires hold up or are they urethanes?

Now, back to that mystery Japanese car...

Hi Don,

She does run well and on original tyres which are cracked. I’ll get some repros fitted.

I do feel like all my Christmas have come together.

Well, I restored the boxes this morning and to say I’m well chuffed is an understatement.

Both cars have been serviced and cleaned.
One is totally mint and original with the exception of a repaired screen. I could replace with another, but I don’t think I will.
The other car is getting a new screen and has has a replacement chrome grill as the temperature indicator had gone.

The tyres need replaced. But both go really well, so I may leave those too.

This is the second one which I got around to sorting last week.
