My wisdom, definetly not the generally accepted version though, is as follows:
- Wheels must spin freely throughout all the potental body rock movement
- Sideways slop/play is an absolute no no
- Max the possible width
- Front wheels/tyres must be round
- The tyres should just touch the track with no or min vertical play
