Forget the e-mail.

If you give him a call all will be sorted. After the same problems I decided to forget the free e-mails and spend money calling. It was worth it, order made, cars soon to be on their way.

He definitely is in business which is great news for us all. I'm working on a GTS now and it's a delight. Phone is always the best bet and he shares a workshop so you're very likely to get someone at the other end.
