Gosport can't make 29th. Some working, some away, some with other commitments. I'll keep looking, in case you move the date,

We had the same problem with our 12 hot race this year, and still haven't looked at a date. That will probably be in the autumn now.

Glad to hear this is on Austin, and you have got a majority decision on a date!

Gosport would be very happy to field a team, 3 or 4 I guess. If you can wire up some brakes before then, we would be grateful.

Our r&d department are working on copper magnets, but I've been given a release date of 1/4/15, so we will have to make do with the octagonal wheels this year.

Thanks Jim and Tony for a great day of racing. And thanks to everyone for mucking in with the marshalling to help out Steve and his back... Usually he bends over in the first hour and that is the end of the day, so it was a pleasant surprise to have him still racing at the end. And a particular thanks to all for leaving us the yellow car as last pick! The cars were all reliable, ninco and gaugemaster should be proud.

Yes, I was in the winning team of the first endurance event, many years ago, and a regular member at that time, but I have only raced once at clanfield in the last 5 years , so I claim foreign national status.

We will try and resurrect the Gosport endurance in the new year, so expect invites for a Saturday race.

Much as we would like to defend our title I fear that Steve would not survive more than about an hour at the moment. I will ask him though.

Even if he can't do it, I would like to race if someone can put up with me as a teammate!
