If you can let us know on the dates I will make sure I am not working. Hopefully we can run smething like Ninco but something a bit more modern.

I'm Ok with whatever most people are keen to see. The only thing, from a purely personal point of view, that I wouldn't be keen on, is non-standard cars. I lose interest being ground into the dust by you and Peter with your super-tuned stuff over ten laps - let alone ten hours.

Yeah, but that is only when we get to run "open class" cars where it seems that Peter and I do like to "push the envelope" and not just stick a set of Ortmanns on!

Not all my open class cars are that dominant I'm sure. Anyway if we wanted to run LMP cars in a Petit Le Mans 10 Hour race then I expect it to be for for any standard LMP car.
I do agree however that the standard SCX GT and DTM classes we are also running have made for some cracking races but, it also shows up the variation in the SCX 42b motor. The one in my DTM car is definitely "hotter" than the one in my Corvette although I have given it a good blast on my motor runner

Ok chaps, I have checked with Tony and the 16th March is a goer for this years endurance race.
Before I contact any of the interested racers from other clubs is this date still ok the everyone?
...I will PM Nick and PJ is case they miss this post, just to give them some warning.

Ok I have reserved some of the Ninco 50637 Lancia 037 Totip models. As shown on this link: http://www.scalextric-shop.com/item_detail...NC50637&r=1
I am afraid they are going to need to be sorted for each lane as I have access to this model for the event. We don't have many of the other models so I hope one version of car will be ok? Someone is welcome to do some body spraying before if they like.
I will bring the cars onto the next manor farm championship and we can run one on the night to see how they go!
I have also ordered some Ninco banners which the club can have but not sure if they will arrive before the event.

16th March is good for me, I am inked in.
Hopefully the Saga Team will put up with me again, but if that can't be arranged I am happy to wreck another teams chances.
