I know of no such list, there are too many variables to give a simple answer to your question. The factors to consider would include the amp draw of the car's motor, the track voltage, use of traction magnets, the track configuration and level of grip. Cars with more powerful motors draw more amperage and require a lower ohm value controller. Cars that have strong traction magnets also use more power and might also work better with a lower ohm value controller. Higher track voltages require a higher ohm controller as do tracks that are more technical or have poor grip. Most people would start with a 35 or 45 ohm controller and work from there. The controllers that come with plastic tracks generally have an ohm value that is too high to be best for any car.
