Hi to all of you!

Good to know that I'm not the only one "to return" to this hobby. To my big surprise (and pleasure

) it seems like I'm quite young, 28, to be slotracing.

I bought 6 meters Scalextric Sport F1 in the beginning of the year and now I've got 16 meters looking for space in my apartment for a permanent layout...

Never thought that I would return slotracing after I gave my Aurora kit away 15 years ago, but I'm glad I did

.

My history is almost the same as yours... I still have my Tyco track (somewhere), but i didn´t belive that I would buy a new track until last year. I´m 26 today so you are quit old here! ;-)

This must be one of the most friendly forum there is!
The only time I've seen some "not so friendly"-arguments is in the digital forum. Seems to be an emotional question, the digital one...
Personally I think it is good for slotracing with new innovations. Not for all of course but there seems to be room for both digital and non-digital racers.

So you decided to give your hand to the devil again he, he...

Now you must start to plan a permanent track to your living room like one slot nut who uses name NASCARMAN on this board. First cover all available space with a table and then plan and build a track on to it. Place all not so necessary things under the table... tv set, stereos etc. to save space.

If your girlfriend still talks to you after these "modifications" you are one lucky guy.
