"Hello" from Germany,

hello to all,

first of all, please excuse my bad and simple english, but i'll try my best babelfish-onlinedictionary-knowledge.

my name is marc and i'm from the (already really cold) south of gemany. I'm 28 years old and I own myself about 18 meters of sport track.

I'm pretty new to this fantastic hobby as I bought my first slotcar 3 months ago. A few weeks ago, I found a club (20 minutes away from where I live). A couple of very nice people. Since this time, I spend every friday evening at the club-track.

I also do RC-Monstertrucks (nitro and electric) for the last 4-5 years, but since I've held a Fly-Car in my hands and pull the trigger for the first time, my Monsters become second

My other "passion" are my two dogs (Staffordshire-Bullterriers) a black and a snow-white one, both 6 years old and I try to spend as much time as I have (beside Slotcars and Monsters) with them.

Nothing more to say for a first "overview" about me. Feel free to comment or just say "Hello"

Hi guys

first of all I want to thank you all for your nice welcome and your kind words about my english.

Now I just know, that you guys will understand me (if I have somthing to say). For sure this hobby is absolutely great. Thats why my RC's haven't run for the past 4 Months

@lowrider: it's name is "Baden-Württemberg" and yes its very nice here as well as in Bayern but very wet and cold at this time (just the right weather for every-day-slotting).

@ thomas: schön ein paar "heimische" Worte zu lesen. Ich wohne ziemlich genau in der Mitte zw. Stuttgart und Bodensee (schwäb. Alb). Unsere Club-Bahn ist in Sigmaringen (www.vccs.de).
Bist Du auch ausm "wilden Süden"?

Hallo Marc,
ich wohne zwischenzeitlich in der Nähe von Zürich, bin aber immer noch Mitglied beim SRC Stuttgart - und da steht eine wunderschöne grosse 5-spurige Holzbahn (in Esslingen). In Berkheim bei esslingen gibt es auch noch einen Club mit einer 4-spur carrera, Kari Kicherer hat eine schöne Clubstrecke - -und meine suzuka kann auch Spass machen. Schau einfach am 18.12. bei mir rein - -links und anfahrtsbeschreibungen gibt's auf meiner HP unter Renncenter Egg.
