Make sure that you have the "Track Operators" toolbar showing at the top. There is a camera icon near the right hand side, clicking on that will capture your track as a BMP file on your clipboard.
As you are not a paid up member, ie Slotforum Plus, you will need to post the picture to an online hosting such as flickr.
