I would get a Plebys track cleaning set, and preferably some newer analogue Scalextric or SCX track to replace the old. With some patience you should find & get most spares from Ebay.co.uk...or perhaps from the helpful people on this forum.

I need Airfix pinions to fit their Hi-speed gears. Short, smallish ones with v-shaped teeth. Haven't ever seen them for sale, I'd suppose they were sold separately as spares??

You couldn't have achieved such a clean white by clean & polish, since the plastic has yellowed. I like the look of yellowed plastic, but that is a matter of taste. Good work, I especially like the way you have polished the rear bushings. The insides as well, I'm sure!
