Intergrali: Glad you like my photoshop composition
I originally did it as something to use as my desktop... I'm gonna become a Dad pretty soon and needed something to replace the Page 3 girl that's graced my desktop for the last 18 months! haha.
I'm a graphic designer during the day so I know a few photoshop tricks, but I'd be more than happy to write a few tutorials on how to make the most of your slot car pics. I'm off on holiday later today, but I'm taking my laptop so I'll put a short 4 or 5 step tutorial together that will show people how to make up that kind of composition

Nuro: I got back into Slot Cars just over a year ago after about a 20 year abscence. My fiance was stuck for what to buy me for Christmas... Then she came up with a brilliant idea, and bought me one of the new Scalextric sets! Wow! I was in heaven!... Since then, I've spent a fortune on Ebay and got more and more hooked by the second. SlotCarRacing.co.uk is an idea I've been toying with for the past 6 months... I've been contemplating putting a little shop together for something to do in the evenings etc, but the more I've thought about it, the more eager I've become to make a real go of it! So I've been talking with various manufacturers etc about supplying their products. SlotCarRacing will be my place to test the water a little before jumping in head first into a much more ambitious project that I have in the pipeline!
I'll be working on the site over the next couple of weeks and hope to "Soft Launch" it mid November
I'll keep you posted.
Once again, thanks for the warm welcome to the board... I think I'll be hanging out here alot in the future!
