Hello. I have been in slotcars few years. Wife bought me simple scaley track for 30 year birthday. She thought that it is funny birthday present.... after few months she didnt found it funny anymore. My track has evolved many times and I think it will evolve again. It is digital with APB, few custom lane changers, 20m? (not really sure), light scennary, diy tracklights, painted track (best thing to do since all my cars are magless. I tryed to keep it well flowing as possible so no R1 and after every straight corner starts with wider radius. Nothing like masterpieces seen in here but well few pics... hope you like.

Excellent track, both layout and scenery!
Since you race primarily magless, do you ever miss laps or lane changers? I ask because I would not have put the APB right after a curve like that, or the racing line sensor in a turn.

I Love the track!

Good to see it nicely populated with figures, not over crowded but plenty to create a good race atmosphere

You have some lovely touches in there, like the racing driver by the crashed F1 car - even though it looks like he's being punched by the marshall!

where do they come from? Very nice indeed

The tracks really nice too by the way

big trees are schleich trees. Pretty expensive but when they are big you dont need so many.

I missed lot of laps... then I moved lap counting sensors to pit straight. I think fuctionality is everything.
Glad you liked it.

Beautiful work! Excellent lighting job, on the track, buildings, and ceiling (and are those posters on the wall in light boxes?). Great table build, good taste in cars, I have most of the same. Great detailing (I like the KIM fans), well done. Thanks for sharing!

lol. I like the guy standing on the table bench too, he's in full-on party mode! I know its not easy to keep up with all the post requests sometimes, but I'll ask again, Are the posters in light boxes?

Hey little update to my track. Maybe difference seems little and in a way it is because layout is almost identical than before. New rock faces and both end of track have more elevations. I used foamboard.

Sorry bout bad phone pics
