Hi, I need to know how to power up my track, I have MANSON EP-613, 0 - 30V, 2.5A DC POWER SUPPLY, on the left hand side has got two knobs + and -, where do I connect these to?, also how do I connect my controller via a 3 pin plug/socker.

What sort of cars are you running? The volts will need turning down, 30 volts is too high. Probably to about 10-14 volts for most slot cars, some HO and Carrera 24th run at around 18 volts.
