This is kind of left field, but saw this the other day and thought it would be good for stamping small logos on to cars and whatnot. http://www.konadnailart.com/contents/en-us...ips_tricks.html

Of course you would have to have the logo laser cut on metal. Laser cutting is fairly cheap, but would be a barrier. The plus is that you would get a really good logo even on irregular surfaces. Here is some more info on laser cutting...http://support.ponoko.com/entries/20999201

Probably too expensive and crazy, but just thought I would trow it out there.

hi, Heath
It's pretty simple to print tiny decals on white or clear waterslide decal paper. I do it all the time. For really tiny details (say 2mm or less), small issues crop up.
Typically you need a printer that's fine enough (the best ones use archival ink in half shades....in other words you can print pink directly instead of half white paper and half red ink,
which increases your detail). Also, lasers won't "run" as much before the ink dries, or if using inkjet then I find papilio.com's spray fixer stops any running better than simple acrylic
sprays which are wetter for that first second of contact.

good luck!
