Hi, when I click on the link everything is fine, but when I click on the Scalextric/spares page this message appears on my screen:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Maybe everyone else is having this problem - better the shop knows about it.

I had the same problem Billy. The other site does not have a windscreen. I will keep watching Ebay.

Nothing too fancy.

I started with BWA brackets, Slot Car Corner wheels, the new rounded Super tires on rear, Scaley Minis on the front(Ninco Classics fit these wheels). They are powered by Dr V's old motors. We are starting a new series and will be trying the Scaley red thin cans as a most likely motor. Gearing to be determined as well. Right now one is running an 8 tooth pinion and the other a 9. They actually run close together. The 9 tooth being a bit slower is faster through the turns. Tires are great on wood. I have a new set of the rounded Supers on my new Slot.It Gulf Porsche as well.

I tried various adhesives to glue the two body halves together. Finally used automotive fibreglass repair kit I had.

Only thing we found that was or should have been a deterrent is the cost. Buying all the bits separately is expensive. Almost NSR range and well beyond a nice Slot.It. But why leave the money to the kids right?

Nice, but I'm with you on cost, they are not NSR at the end of the day. I wonder how cheaply you could transfom one. If you start with ground axles and round wheels then you are already beyond the cost of a cheap FJ...
