Coordinating a ZOOM on short notice is difficult. If you can be more specific about the problem, we can be sure to give you correct and accurate help.

I'm taking a GUESS that you're needing help with pairing of your SCP2 with an oXigen chipped car, because you've posted this in the oXigen sub-forum, and I offer this instructional video on the subject.

the problem is that it failed to connect the 2 SPC2 controllers to O2_bootloader it also failed to connect to the mobile app, therefore less managed to connect them to a car
The SCP2, using the oXigen cartridge, is not App ready, so don't bother trying to use the mobile device App for that controller. Only the SCP3 can connect to the app (and new in-car chips, of course).

Connecting to the bootloader is different, of course, but make sure you already have the latest bootloader, and that the dongle firmware is updated. If there is any problem with the dongle, of course the controller won't be able to connect.

If the bootloader and dongle appear to be working fine, make sure you have the correct type of controller selected before you click connect. Then follow the instructions on screen.

Let us know what step, specifically, the process fails. Knowing when/where it fails will lead to the next step of troubleshooting.
Bottleloader version is 3..5.1.2
The dongle version is 3.12

However, through Bottleloader I was able to connect the car

But I have not been able to connect any controller
Can you record a video of the whole process of connecting the controller, and post it to YouTube? I'll do the same when I have a moment.
Without knowing when and how it fails, we can't help.
Can we assume that you had been able to connect the controller in the past, and that this is a new problem? Or, have you never been able to connect the controller(s) to the bootloader?
the 2 controllers are new, I have never managed to connect them, I will make a video and upload it
I just tested while taking a video, and was able to connect both an SCP1 and SCP2 just fine. When I did it on video, it didn't work when I clicked "connect" before putting the controller into bootloader mode, though that had worked a few minutes ago. But, if I put the controller into bootloader mode first, then click connect, it works, so try that.

Here's my video:
Were these controllers purchased new, or was anyone else using them before you?
I wonder if the oXigen cartridges are new, but old enough that they have a version of firmware that is not compatible with the latest dongle. It's been a long time, but I think that there had been a version change at some point that made old cartridges not connect to the new dongle. I'll see if I can find that information. If that's the case, then it should be a matter of downgrading the dongle firmware, upgrading the controllers, and then restoring the 3.12 dongle firmware.
the 2 new unused controllers were purchased in pendle slot racing

Watching the video I see that two green lights come on on the remote, that is not normal (it seems that you do not do it as it should, or something is wrong), it is as if you powered the remote before pressing the two buttons. Also you should see a U or a P like in Mr. Flipant's video

That's why I think they have old firmware. Problem is, we don't know what firmware until we get them connected.
Can't you just load the FW you Want it to be, and start from there?
No, because the only way to load firmware for the SCP1/2 with oXigen cart is via the Bootloader. If the Bootloader won't connect to the controller, you're stuck. We'll get this figured out. Worst case scenario is the carts go to slot.it for update/repair/replacement/whatever.

i suspect this is related to the scp 2 cartridge...would it be anything different than the scp 1 and scp 1.1.??
I did read more problems about the scp 2 and communication. I was able to send my scp 2 back to slot.it because I couldn't connect to the bootloader and no longer link with c-chips.
After I got another cartridge the problem was solved.
There should actually be a database with frequent failures, so that these can be mapped.
I know that slot.it has problems servicing the scp 1 and 2, as they are simply not made anymore. The only solution in this case is to switch to a scp 3, I regret this.

I remember when bootloader V.3 came out that there were connection problems with the old...

What I mean is that mauro_jga doesn't release the buttons at any time and you can't see if the controller enters programming, and if it doesn't, bootloader will never see the controller.

I thought that, too, but my controllers go into bootloader mode before I let go of the buttons.
Maybe this old version needs them to be released? Worth a try.
Hopefully @Slot.it is able to help soon.

Yes, my controllers are the same, so something is wrong, it's strange that it happens to the two recently purchased controllers (mauro_ jga you should buy lottery hehehe).

As far as I know, the only way to update the controller is to put it in Bootloader mode, what do you mean by "launch it"?
