I'm hoping it's like that when I go, will hopefully mean then it's in and out rather than overnight as everything will be quick.

If he's showing an "empty" waiting room, then a photo of empty chairs would have been easier to understand than a hallway with closed doors.
Maybe he's showing that all the exam rooms are full?

The "special door" turned out to be the laundry shoot but the thing I noticed almost immediately was the rail on the wall. Some one measured the height OK but added the length to the left of the door on the right, to the wrong side of the line. Even though the photo is void of life, that was one of very few chances to get a photo of it and we were there for almost 3hrs.

And I can understand why. It was badly worded. Maybe I should have stated ... the 2nd rail from the right of the photo is below the others.
