I ordered one of the Pioneer cars from Pendle on friday afternoon at 4pm and it arrived at my door at midday Saturday. Thats what i call service from Pendle and Royal Mail.

Of course, lucky you get a weekend delivery at all then.

Always amazes me when I get next day delivery on items I order late on in the day, brilliant service all round.

Back when I did RC car racing is was very common to get stuff within 12-18 hours, I was shocked to find with slot cars that it was not the case.

Probably it is the Royal Mail not as quick, rather than tardy suppliers.

royal mail has gone massively backwards on service in recent years.

First class used to mean next day so it should not be a surprise when it doess hapeen it should be expected.

I've had a few spares, but never cars, from Pendle and they've always been quick with stuff they have in stock. I wish I could say the same about a certain other supplier who's kept me waiting over a fortnight for a car and now isn't responding to my e-mails or 'phone calls.

I ordered a car last week from Pendle, well after lunchtime, and it was on my doorstep 8am the next morning.
I only live about 600 yards from the sorting office so no surprise from them, but I'm very impressed with Pendle's effort!

Yeah, and that wasn't that long ago, but now it takes forever.
