The backgrounds are ID Backscenes which are available from a lot of Model Railway stores.
Mine came from New Modellers Shop UK based website.
Available in several different styles. There are two types, standard and premium, I went for the premium as these are printed onto self adhesive polypropylene so are a bit harder wearing than the paper versions.
