You must be wondering what is he on about.

I mated a 60's/70's chassis with a new Thingie body.
replaced the Dynamic bracket drilled some holes in it as the original was broken en soldered some pintubes.

Used the fantastic Howmet Thingie body and here is the result.

Later on i will get a 26D for it and install guide etc,

Hey Al and Ray,

Glad you guys like it.
It does look great in Yellow it is a great body, one thing i could have done better is the shape of the window....
should have been more flowing.

Here are the picture before i did the motor pod transplant and pin tubes.

I chose not to clean it as i like the xx years of patina on it

Nice looking car you have done there Jaak

I was looking at the chassis you have used, It looks like to me It Is a modified "Midwest" Iso Fulcrum wireframing kit, they did for the Dynamic Inline style chassis
Its missing the original 1/16 drop front axle, and also the brass tongue that came with the kit, very kool chassis though Jaak, and Its gotta be period correct..

regards
George

PS, that body Is superkool too

Jaak,

Yes a very cool car no doubt! I love yellow and the silver streaks make it even better.

The Beer for Bodies design is another clever example of JD's work.

Keep up the great effort.

"ISO" type chassis is like the La Cucaracha style.

Hehehe Gray,

Good to hear you like it,
i should have done the window different as it is not Feng Shui with the rest of the car.

John did a great job making this body, one of the masters in body making.

I keep thinking your real name starts with an R and ends with a d, please correct me if i am wrong before i make a bigger fool out of myself
