My first post. Conversion of a Ninco (edit actually Carrera) 427 Cobra to an early version as depicted in the "Ford vs Ferrari" movie at Willow Springs but it was actually raced at Riverside to second place in 1963. I tried to make it lightly weathered. The movie car had a red interior, actual car was black. Not an exact copy but I'm happy with it. "98" decals are custom made. I took pictures of a 1/43 model of the car and sized up to 1/32. Printed on my laser printer. Each decal is actually two on top of each other, otherwise they were not dark enough. This is my first attempt at a slot car conversion.
