LANCIA DELTA S4 Martini
The car is a scalextric- Altaya collection car. Because of spanish laws, the car can´t have any tobacco or alcoholic advertising. That`s why Scalextric is considered as a toy. Another spanish mark haven´t this problem.
For that I am going to put Martini virages decals on racing logos and going to improve the inside of the body.
Steps.
First disassemble the car, unscrew each part, and we are careful to keep the screws in a safe place.
Then separate the pilot tray and proceed to paint the engine in grey colour with Tamiya Xf-16 aluminium. Although I haven´t done, it is important to use a fine surface prime for the engine before painting. The rest of paintings can be erased using alcohol 96ºor using a masked previusly.
Once time dry, we will assemble the car. There are a plenty of glues and it is recommended to use wood glue or silicone gun.
Respect to decals , I have varnished the racing logos previusly to increase the grip surface before put decals on. We Adjust the decal to the surface with a stick and adjust the decal to the surface with a stick and use absorbent napkin to finish drying it. Then, we apliccate Microsol to ease the adjust. When a day has passed, you will can varnish using a brush over each decal.
