I like the layout!
Suggestions:
Unless you've already spent the cash on all of the XLC's I would suggest dropping at least 2 or 3 of them. I think they can take away from the racing if they are over done plus each one adds an additional potential stall spot during track calls. They aren't cheap either.
I think the X in the pit will cause problems with people stopping directly on top of that piece. Since it's not a real long pit lane I would just stick with a single lane.
Take advantage of how flexable the Scaley track is by adding some elevation change while keeping the basic layout the same. Maybe a sharp drop, an off camber turn, a little banking in a couple places etc.. It's all very do-able and adds a lot to a layout IMO.
